Ian Fairholm Excellent mixture of atmospheric, Pink Floyd-style psych rock (with all the effects you might expect) and pastoral English psych folk. Beautiful but also quite creepy (so ideal for Halloween but it will also have a life far beyond that). Bodes very well for the forthcoming new album by Rebsie & Marvin.

A twilight winter walk on Chosen Hill, looking down at the lights on the edge of Gloucester. A taut-strung horizon. Nodding wildflowers lighting dusty spaces. An Old English invocation to the powers of nine herbs, spoken across the echoing breadth of 1000 years.

This is an advance taster track from our forthcoming album "Like A Delicate Psychedelicat" which is due out next year. If you've ever wondered what might have happened if Shirley Collins had wandered into a 1967 Pink Floyd freakout, well ... it might have sounded something like this.

Haunting psych-folk inspired by the English landscape and the spirits of the ancestors. I play 12-string guitar, harp, piano, cornamuse, whistle and whatever else comes to hand. Now working full time with Marvin B Naylor.
